Stomach Virus

From about 10:00 PM on Sunday - Midnight on Tuesday, I got me arse kicked by a virus. I was literally up all night running to the bathroom, recreating that Above The Influence commercial, the one where the girl barfs up all her hopes and dreams..that was me. There came a point in the night when I was afraid to lay down and end up like Jimmy Hendrix. It was bad.

Monday was hellish. I couldn’t eat, drink, or lay down. I did manage to get a few hours of sleep in a chair, and take in some ginger ale for a bit. 

I’m better now. PLUS I’m sure under all the ice cream, cookies, and other indulgences I have a six pack.

If you’re feeling lonely chances are someone else you have contact with is too.
